Our distillery has more human touch-points than any other Canadian distillery, where our people’s painstaking effort and pride of work makes the difference.

From start to finish, grain to glass, everything is done at our distillery. We’ve also used traditional whisky making methods for over 160 years and continue to build on the legacy of our founder, J.P. Wiser, by living up to his high-quality standards.
