Distillery Tastings& Tours

The JP Wiser’s Experience will no longer be offering Distillery Tours or Whisky Tasting to public guests. Our Brand Centre space will instead be dedicated as a training education facility for our employees and industry partners. While Tours and Tastings will no longer be available to the public, elevated whisky masterclasses and blending sessions will be offered periodically to highlight the craftsmanship and innovation behind JP Wiser’s Canadian Whisky.

Shifting focus to our online retail experience; new product releases and merchandise are available for purchase here. Our retail storefront will remain open on Fridays for in-person shopping with order pickup available Wednesday through Friday.

Shipping Policy

Orders place on Fridays after 3PM will be shipped the following Monday.

Our orders are fulfilled with Purolator Express. Purolator Express orders arrive in 5-7 business days. For more information on Purolator’s contactless delivery, click here. At this time, due to liquor laws within the province of Ontario, we are only able to ship alcohol within the province of Ontario.

All orders must be signed for by a person of Legal Drinking Age and Valid Government Issued Photo ID will be required.

If you are not available to accept your package, Purolator will hold it for a maximum of 5 business days. > More information on receiving your Purolator package

Although we try to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, we do not assume responsibility for damaged or lost parcels. In the event your parcel is damaged or lost, please contact Purolator directly, quoting your shipping confirmation number.

How does your pricing work?

All bottles are price matched to the LCBO. Online engraving fees are $10.00+Tax.


Do you have any other bottle engraving locations? If not, can you ship the bottles to me?

We currently only engrave bottles at our distillery. Your orders are also available to be picked up in person at our distillery. Shipping is currently available only in Ontario. 


How far in advance should I place my order?

We are currently offering shipping within 5-7 days on all regular orders. For custom bottle engraving orders, please allow up to 4 business days to be completed, including 1-2 days for shipping. For larger custom bottle engraving orders greater than 10 bottles, please allow up to 5 business days to be completed, including 1-2 days for shipping.


What methods of payment can I use?

We only accept Credit card.

Can you engrave logos?

Logos can be engraved depending on if we have consent to use them. We must check if they are copyrighted first. If you bring us written consent to use them, then we may be able to do so. Link for Canadian copyrighted designs


Can you engrave a round bottle such as Lot40?

We can only engrave bottles with flat faces at this present time.


If I bring you a bottle of spirit that is not one of your brands, will you engrave it anyways?

We will only engrave Wiser’s products with flat faces.


Can I purchase a bottle with engraving in person through your store?

All bottle engraving orders are required to be placed online. If you need assistance with your engraving options, please contact JPWisersEngraving@pernod-ricard.com.


Can I order a bottle engraving and pay for it when I pick it up?

Our policy is that we engrave bottles only after they are paid for. We will get it done at the earliest convenience.
