Distillery Tastings& Tours
The JP Wiser’s Experience will no longer be offering Distillery Tours or Whisky Tasting to public guests. Our Brand Centre space will instead be dedicated as a training education facility for our employees and industry partners. While Tours and Tastings will no longer be available to the public, elevated whisky masterclasses and blending sessions will be offered periodically to highlight the craftsmanship and innovation behind JP Wiser’s Canadian Whisky.
Shifting focus to our online retail experience; new product releases and merchandise are available for purchase here. Our retail storefront will remain open on Fridays for in-person shopping with order pickup available Wednesday through Friday.

Shipping Policy
Orders place on Fridays after 3PM will be shipped the following Monday.
Our orders are fulfilled with Purolator Express. Purolator Express orders arrive in 5-7 business days. For more information on Purolator’s contactless delivery, click here. At this time, due to liquor laws within the province of Ontario, we are only able to ship alcohol within the province of Ontario.
All orders must be signed for by a person of Legal Drinking Age and Valid Government Issued Photo ID will be required.
If you are not available to accept your package, Purolator will hold it for a maximum of 5 business days. > More information on receiving your Purolator package.
Although we try to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, we do not assume responsibility for damaged or lost parcels. In the event your parcel is damaged or lost, please contact Purolator directly, quoting your shipping confirmation number.
