LEMON CHERRY WHISKY SOUR

Ingredients
1 oz J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe Whisky
½ oz Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
½ oz Maraschino Cherry Juice
1 oz Lemonade
Instructions
In an empty shaker add J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe whisky and the other ingredients. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well mixed and chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, and garnish with a lemon wheel.

CHERRY SMASH

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Lot No. 40 Rye Whisky
¾ oz Cherry & Mint Syrup (recipe below)
¾ oz Lemon Juice
4 Fresh Mint Leaves
2 Dashes of Traditional Aromatic Bitters
Cherry & Mint Syrup
Add 1 pouch of fresh mint and 1 litre of
cherry juice to a pot, and bring to a boil.
Add 1 litre of granulated sugar and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Double strain into a container to remove all mint particles. Store in fridge.
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, add Lot No. 40 rye whisky and the other ingredients.
Muddle the mint, and then shake well with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with a mint sprig and a dehydrated lemon wheel.

¾ oz Bitter Apéritif
¾ oz Sweet Vermouth
¼ oz Mezcal
Instructions
Stir the J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe whisky, bitter apéritif, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Pour contents into a chilled rocks glass with one large ice cube, and float mezcal on top by gently pouring over an upside down bar spoon. Garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients
1 oz J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe Whisky
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Maple Syrup
½ oz Cranberry Juice
3 ½ oz Dry Ontario Craft Cider
3 Blackberries
Instructions
In the bottom of a shaker, muddle the blackberries. Add lemon juice,
maple syrup, cranberry juice, and J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe whisky. Add ice
and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice, and dump some of the muddled blackberry from the shaker into the glass. Top with a dry Ontario craft cider and garnish with a fresh blackberry.

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

1 tsp Cherry Brine
Brandied Cherries
Ice Cubes
What you need

Shaker
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Stir and strain into a glass. Garnish with brandied cherries.
