Refund policy
Refunds are not available for engraved bottle orders.
Refunds available on unopened bottles purchased through the J.P. Wiser's Experience (website or In-Store) provided they are safely returned to the J.P. Wiser's Experience in-person or by mail (at customer expense).
Full refunds available on Event tickets but we’d appreciate it if you gave us as much notice as possible so we can fill your spot with another Canadian whisky fan!
